Vedanta Camping Retreat September 21-23

Program at Center September 23 - 26

Meditation Camping Retreat September 21-23:

A three-day tent camping retreat in Umstead Park.  In response to Ramakrishna's instruction to find  a solitary place to think of God every now and then, we will go into the woods and leave the world behind.  There will be sunrise meditations, devotional singing, scripture readings, topical discussions, campfire cooking and hiking.  The camping retreat ends on Saturday morning.  The Saturday afternoon program will be at the center.

For more information and to register use this form.   The form can be returned by email or by mail to the center.  Or you can fill out an online form.  A limited number (16) of tent spaces are available.  Once filled, you will need to bring your own tent.  Please RSVP before 9/16.
